Jalotofu Cold-Smoked
Jalotofu Cold-Smoked combined with traditional Japanese Shoyu soy sauce is crafted to suit Finnish tastes. Hailia Pulled Small Fish
We calculated the carbon footprint of Pulled Small Fish for the year 2024 by estimating the consumption of raw materials, utilities, and packaging materials in our process. We also included emissions from the water used in the process cleaning and its heating. In the calculation, emissions were assessed up to the factory gate. Hailia Pulled Small Fish is an easy-to-use, mild-tasting fish product made from Baltic herring. Pulled Small Fish is suitable for replacing tuna or meat in familiar dishes, from casseroles to sauces. Hailia Pulled Small Fish won the Seafood Innovations competition in the innovative seafood products category in the fall of 2023. The product is gluten-free, dairy-free, and high in protein. It carries the "Hyvää Suomesta" (Good from Finland) label, the Heart Symbol, and the MSC certification.
Asian Tofu Wrap
Asian Tofu Wrap is a perfect vegan snack or light lunch on the go. Filled with Finnish Jalotofu made of high-quality European soy beans, fresh veggies and noodles, it fills you with good energy that gets you through the day. Typical carbon footprint of ready meals is between 1.9–4.0 kgCO2e/kg and Asian Tofu Wrap stays well below that.
Wallenberg steak and potato-root puree
Tender Wallenberg steak from wild forest roe deer, velvety root vegetable purée, peas, and lingonberry mash. If we all chose game instead of beef, the environment would thank us. The carbon footprint of game is small since game animals live and graze in the wild and do not require produced feed. The modest carbon footprint of this dish is also affected by the locally produced side dishes - vegetables and domestic berries.
Classic lasagna
Lasagna made with love, using beef and a long-simmered tomato sauce. Lasagna is among our best-selling and most beloved products. Because it uses more carbon-intensive ingredients than our other products, the carbon footprint of the dish is large compared to our other dishes. During 2023, we will be engaged in product development, which is expected to reduce the carbon footprint of the lasagna by approximately 7.5%.
Pike steak & crayfish sauce
Pike steak from wild-caught pike, white wine-flavored crayfish sauce, and potato purée. Utilizing wild fish, such as pike, prevents eutrophication. The carbon footprint of wild fish is also smaller than, for example, farmed fish. In our opinion, despite its excellent flavor, pike is undervalued, and that's why we have developed it into an easily approachable form in this delicious classic dish.
Wild fish fritters & green potato purée
Wild fish fritters and green potato purée - crispy fish patties, robust tartar sauce, and potato mash with peas and spinach. For this dish, we have used wild-caught pike, utilizing which prevents eutrophication. Shrimps provide a piquant flavor to the fritter. Anton&Anton's ready meal is a promise of the best ingredients and refined flavor combinations, for an instantly ready moment of delicacy.
Twisted Som Tam chicken-noodle salad
Twisted Som Tam - lemony chicken, cabbage, papaya, and noodles in the Thai style. Even though some of the flavors of the dish come from around the world, the chicken we use is always Finnish. Anton&Anton's salad dishes are not only the tastiest but also hearty and balanced meals, which are perfectly suitable for lunch, meeting snacks, or a picnic.
Beet Beats
Beet Beats – feta and pomegranate sauce on a beetroot-apple-zucchini-lentil bed. This hearty meal is packed with seasonal veggies and perfect for lunch either at the office or at home. Typical carbon footprint of ready meals is between 1.9–4.0 kgCO2e/kg and Beet Beats placed in the middle.

Our juicy Finnish strawberries, ripened under the midnight sun, originate from Laatutarha certified farms. This guarantees that our farmers cultivate the berries responsibly and with respect for the environment. Due to its fresh aroma, strawberry is one of Finns' favorite berries and is perfect for a healthy start to the morning or as a refreshing snack. The packaging is recyclable and designed to be logistically efficient, so that it burdens the environment as little as possible.
PEKILO® P65
PEKILO® P65 mycoprotein by enifer is a sustainable, locally produced and cost competitive alternative for plant protein concentrates for use in aquaculture feeds and pet foods. It can be replace, for example, the use of soy protein concentrate, the production of which is a key contributor to the forest loss in many tropical countries.
